1. Agreement and eligibility
BrownGlobal AI (bgai.app) is operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. By accepting these Terms, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use and any payments. Do not use the service where prohibited by law.
2. AI advice is not a guarantee
Responses, evaluations, checklists and estimates are generated using third-party AI models, including OpenAI models accessed through Lovable AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable. BrownGlobal AI is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or licensed professional. Verify important information with official sources and qualified professionals before acting. No response guarantees customers, revenue, funding, business success or legal compliance. You remain responsible for your decisions and filings.
3. Usage and payments
There is no required monthly subscription. USD usage charges depend on processed input, cached input, cache writes, output and reasoning, including tool calls and conversation history. The minimum nonzero charge is 1 US cent per AI reply. Your actual reply charge appears in chat and Billing. Longer replies can cost substantially more than short ones. A valid saved card is required. You authorize Stripe to charge accumulated unpaid usage at $5, after a card update or payment retry, and for prior-month usage at month-end. Balances below Stripe's $0.50 minimum carry forward. Monthly limits apply to calendar-month usage in UTC; customer usage charges are capped at the selected limit. Failed payments pause chat. Charges for work already performed can remain due after stopping a reply. Applicable taxes may be additional where required. Contact us through the service for billing questions or refund requests; statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us permission to process and store it to provide the service, maintain your venture history and personalize responses. Do not submit payment-card details in chat, highly sensitive personal data, content you lack permission to share, or illegal material. Do not misuse the service, bypass spending or access controls, impersonate others or attempt to compromise accounts. AI output may not be unique; we do not guarantee ownership, non-infringement or suitability.
5. Third-party services
Links open external tools, registration pages or official websites; they do not create accounts, authorize access or enroll you in a paid service. External providers have their own terms, privacy policies, fees and availability. We do not control or endorse every action of those providers. We cannot guarantee their security, accuracy or continued operation. This does not exclude duties we have under applicable law for our own service.
6. Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. To that same extent, BrownGlobal Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses resulting from reliance on AI output or independent third-party services. Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or protected consumer rights. These terms do not make us automatically immune from responsibility.
7. Changes, suspension and ending use
We may suspend misuse or unpaid accounts. You may stop using the service at any time; valid outstanding usage remains payable. Material pricing or policy changes will be disclosed before applying to new usage, and new terms may require renewed acceptance. For privacy, deletion or billing requests, use the account request controls in Billing. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
