Who operates the service
BrownGlobal Holdings LLC operates BrownGlobal AI at bgai.app. This policy describes the information processed when you create an account, chat about a venture, or pay for usage.
Information we process
We process your email, name, account identifiers, policy acceptance records, venture details, conversation history, founder facts you share, checklists, usage amounts and token counts. Billing records include Stripe identifiers, payment status and card brand/last four digits. Full card numbers are collected by Stripe's secure payment form, not stored by BrownGlobal AI. Technical diagnostics may include request information, errors and usage logs.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate you, deliver personalized advice, remember your ventures, maintain checklists, calculate charges, enforce spending limits, resolve payments, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performing our agreement, legitimate interests in a reliable and secure service, legal obligations, or consent. We do not sell your personal information.
AI and service providers
To generate replies, your message, stored conversation history, relevant founder profile and venture context are sent through Lovable AI to the selected model provider, currently OpenAI. Lovable Cloud hosts accounts and application data; Stripe handles payment details. These providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements and may operate in other countries. The current model endpoint is listed as zero-retention for inference by Lovable; this is not a promise that no operational logs exist or that your chat is not stored in this app. Provider policies can change. Avoid sharing secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary to your request.
Storage, retention and protection
Accounts, founder context and venture history are stored so you can return to them. We retain them while your account is active or until a deletion request is processed, subject to legal, billing, security and backup requirements. Financial and consent records may need to be retained longer. We use access controls to restrict account data to its owner and authorized operations, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose what to share, update your founder information through chat, and stop using the service. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. You can submit an account or privacy request in Billing. Deletion does not remove legally required financial records or obligations for existing charges.
Browser storage and external links
Browser storage is used to keep your sign-in session and necessary account state. Payment forms and external tools may use their own storage or cookies. A tool link does not give us access to your external account. Read that provider's policy before signing up or sharing information.
Young users and policy changes
Do not use the service unless you meet legal eligibility requirements or have necessary guardian authorization. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. Material changes will be published here and, where necessary, presented for renewed acknowledgment before continued use.
